Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Since Petter Pets operates on a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the supplier’s location and product availability. Typical delivery times are:
- United States: 7–20 business days
Please note: These are estimated times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or high seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 may be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
- Additional fees may apply for international shipping depending on your country’s import regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Petter Pets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@petterpets.com. We’ll work with the supplier to resolve the issue promptly.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
