We want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing or shipping begins, we can no longer cancel the order.
2. Returns
Because we work with multiple suppliers and dropshipping partners, return eligibility varies by item.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain products (e.g., pet food, grooming tools, or personalized/custom items) cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons.
To initiate a return, please email info@petterpets.com. with your order number, product photos, and reason for return.
Our team will respond with the appropriate return instructions and address (note: some returns may need to be shipped directly to our supplier).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Include photos or video evidence, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact info@petterpets.com.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

8. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the product was defective or incorrect.
